meet the founder

Alex is a young mental health advocate, trail runner and photographer. She started the brainrunclub a few years ago with the goal to bring mindfulness through movement to help elevate the community’s mental health.

Within the last three years, she has raised donations to help people living with chronic mental illness experience nature excursions, has led multiple mindfulness running experience and continues to push her vision.

Alex est une jeune militante en santé mentale, coureuse en sentier et photographe qui a commencé l’initiative il y a quelques années dans le but d’aider les gens qui vivent avec des difficultés en santé mentale.

depuis la conception du club, elle a réussi à ramasser plusieurs fonds pour aider les gens qui vivent avec des problèmes de santé mentale chroniques, inspirer les gens autour de commencer la course méditative et bien plus.
